Q: Are there any lots for sale in your park?

A:  The lots are not for sale, only the manufactured homes are for sale.  Pine Lakes is a "land lease community" which means you purchase the home and you pay us monthly rent.

Q:  Does the monthly lot rent include utilities?

A:  The monthly lot rent does not include utilities.  The utility charges we bill you for are: gas, water, refuse, city sewer.  All utility charges are based on usage.  Electrical charges are billed to you directly by the utility company.

Lot rent includes the rental of the land on which your home is placed, and park amenities such as use of the clubhouse (including the kitchen), billiard room, craft room, pool, spa, tennis court, shuffleboard court, library, laundry room and exercise room.

Q:  Does your park accommodate  R.V.s?

A: Pine Lakes is a manufactured housing community.  We do  have  R.V. storage for residents only.  It is on a first come first served basis for an additional monthly fee.

Pets:

Q: Do you allow pets in your park?  If so, what are the rules?

A: We allow two pets per household, such as dogs, cats, and birds.  However, there are no fenced yards or dog runs allowed, so we expect that if you have two dogs, they will have to be comfortable living inside your home.  Aggressive or barking dogs are not allowed.  Dogs and cats must be kept on a leash (no longer than eight-feet) when outside your home and they may not be tied up outside the home.  Owners are responsible for their pets at all times and all droppings must be picked up immediately. No pets over 40 pounds are allowed.  There is a monthly fee of $5.00 per pet.
